At exactly 10:55 AM Central European Time (CET), five minutes ahead of the scheduled training session, the Spanish national team players made their way onto the training pitch. The session began with warm-up exercises and stretching routines to prepare their muscles for the more intensive drills that would follow. After completing the warm-up, the squad moved on to ball exercises, engaging in various drills aimed at improving their passing, movement, and tactical awareness.

A key focus of the session was on finishing attacks, an area that the coaching staff has been emphasizing in recent training sessions. To fine-tune their attacking plays, the team played a practice match behind closed doors, ensuring privacy and allowing the players to work on their strategies without external distractions. The atmosphere was intense, with players demonstrating high levels of concentration and determination to refine their attacking movements.

However, not all members of the squad were able to participate in the group training. Ferran Torres was forced to sit out due to some minor discomfort he experienced. As a precautionary measure, he remained inside the gym, undergoing individualized training and recovery work. While his absence was not considered serious, the medical team opted to take a cautious approach to prevent any potential aggravation of his condition.

On a more positive note, Fabián Ruiz, who had previously been training individually at the start of the week, was able to complete a full session with the rest of the squad for the second consecutive day. This was an encouraging sign, as it indicated that he had fully recovered from any physical setbacks he may have faced earlier. Given his progress, there is now a strong possibility that he could be included in the starting lineup for the upcoming match.

Following the training session, the Spanish national team is set to depart for Rotterdam later in the afternoon. At precisely 5:00 PM CET, they will board a private flight from Madrid’s Barajas Airport to the Dutch city, where they will finalize their preparations. Upon arrival, head coach Luis de la Fuente and midfielder Fabián Ruiz will hold a press conference at 8:00 PM CET at De Kuip Stadium. This media event will provide insights into the team’s mindset and tactical approach ahead of the highly anticipated match, which will take place at the same venue.

With the final preparations now underway, the team is fully focused on delivering a strong performance, aiming to capitalize on their recent training efforts and secure a positive result in their upcoming fixture.
